ABOUT RONJEY BANERJJEE
Our acquisition of RABE Etiketten KG and MultiPrint GmbH- created a platform serving the print needs of labelling, flexible packaging, form-fill-seal applications with recyclable barrier papers and other sustainable solutions for B2B customer product identification needs. This marked the start of a personal journey of entrepreneurial learning - and merging lessons from my corporate mindset of process and structure with the flexibility and relationships inherent of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) culture, lead to the creation of a hybrid organisation style characterised by the mantra \'Corporate Thinking with a SMEs Heart\'. The mantra guides our approach to seeking innovative solutions where the market is ripe for sustainable solutions that lead to a positive impact on the environment and customer experiences. A very satisfying by-product has been the organic development of sustainable practices in our own companies - certified by Rabe KG\'s inclusion into the prestigious Environment and Climate Alliance (Umwelt und KlimaAllianz Sachsen) companies list of the Saxony Federal State. All of this is possible thanks not only to the wonderful team at RABE and MultiPrint, but also to the many wonderful people from the \'Packaging World\' and outside - genuine experts, friends who have been gracious and open in sharing their knowledge. This inspires us each day to do our bit for the Universe and to serve our customers and communities by being best at what we do.Prior to 2018, I had the privilege to serve as Chairman & CEO of ArcelorMittal Engineering in Poland and Czech Republic managing over 1200 employees engaged in multinational business and participated in award-winning business-process restructuring initiatives in various steel factories of ArcelorMittal Europe.
