Hard working with over 20 years of on the job training. Started out as just a laborer, moved up to the form stripping crew, was on the remedial crew doing patchwork and chipping, became a carpenters helper and then a carpenter. Continue working as a carpenter till I made carpenter foreman and then assistant superintendent now I am a superintendent. Got all of my experience with on the job training doing the work learning as I go it took me longer to become a superintendent than if I had went to college, but I learned things on the job that the class just can’t teach.
