I’m a Business Administration student at Chapman University with a strong interest in management, finance, and consulting. I’m currently seeking hands-on opportunities in the Orange County area to continue gaining practical experience while completing my degree. My experience at a boutique investment banking firm strengthened my skills in research, data organization, and supporting advisory teams in fast-paced environments. I gained exposure to how businesses evaluate strategic decisions, prepare for growth, and navigate transitions. Working in that setting sharpened my analytical thinking and reinforced my interest in leadership and long-term value creation. I naturally communicate in very direct and straight-forwards way, which helps me contribute clearly and collaborate effectively on teams. Through my management coursework, I’m learning how leadership styles, ethics, and organizational strategy directly impact performance and culture. My ethical approach aligns with deontological principles, meaning I prioritize integrity and accountability in decision-making. Long term, I aim to work for myself, building and leading a business where I can apply strategic thinking, strong leadership, and ethical management to create sustainable growth and meaningful impact.
