In this role, I served as a strategic advisor and transformation leader, leveraging my expertise in finance & operations, and enterprise systems to drive operational efficiencies and technology adoption across multiple sectors. I collaborated closely with executive stakeholders to modernize operations, lead digital transformation efforts, and implement scalable platforms aligned with business objectives.Key Achievements:• Recognized as the firm\'s subject matter expert in Procure-to-Pay, I provided critical support for business development efforts, transformation strategy, and technology evaluations.• As part of the firm’s broader technology modernization efforts, I led enterprise-wide transformation functions, developed stakeholder engagement materials, managed vendor relationships, and hosted webcasts for both internal and external audiences.• For a national telecom company, I led the end-to-end redesign of the P2P function, implementing a new enterprise procurement platform, reengineering workflows, and restructuring the Accounts Payable team to improve performance.• When engaged by a global shared office space company, I centralized accounting and finance operations to facilitate cost-effective outsourcing to Poland. I also introduced best practices, formalized financial policies, authored SOPs, and delivered comprehensive team training to ensure continuity.• Spearheaded a transformative operating model rollout for a multinational 3D printing client, integrating Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes and strengthening internal controls across business units.• Led the successful selection and implementation of a wide range of enterprise technologies—including ERP, HCM, S2P, CPM, CRM, and iPaaS platforms—across diverse organizations. Oversaw end-to-end vendor management, from gathering business requirements and scripting demonstrations to developing vendor scoring models, ensuring solutions aligned with strategic goals.
