Review and release Purchase Orders appropriately to meet construction schedule and ensure all relevant information is available for site personnel and trade partners in a timely manner.• Support the Décor Centre, as required, in updating, sourcing, and costing new products; maintain and update Décor Center Product Library in NewStar.• Assist in resolving trade and/or builder issues; assist in resolving problems and concerns related to upgrades, options sold and scopes of work.• Aid in the resolution of invoice and pricing discrepancies; assist in resolving BuildPro and SupplyPro challenges and maintain strong trade partner relationships.• Update management of profit margins and sales trends across décor offerings.• Monitor sales trends for structural and interior upgrades including takeoff margin reports to determine bottom line profit retention.• Maintain Newstar budgets vs sales prices with anticipated increases over build time to recommend sales prices prior to RTM /RTD.• Monitor output of warranty dollars to assist in determining problem areas re: trades/structural options/interior décor selections.• PO Generation within Select PO Supplier and ensuring accuracy between NSE/NSS/DSM.• PO Change Orders as required by trade partners and ensuring accuracy with variance reasons for reporting.• Model Subcontract creation and distribution to trade partners for extras and options pricing.• Run and review Global Markup and Master Takeoff Report to ensure accuracy and complete options pricing for Décor.
