I am a counselling psychologist committed to helping individuals make sense of their inner worlds and move through life’s challenges with greater awareness and emotional balance.My background in counselling and organisational psychology has given me a deep understanding of human behaviour, motivation and the environments that shape how we think, feel and relate to others. I bring this perspective into my therapeutic work, creating a thoughtful and non-judgmental space where clients can slow down, reflect and reconnect with themselves.In my practice, I draw from approaches such as psychodynamic, narrative and cognitive behavioural therapy, adapting my work to the unique needs and lived experiences of each individual.
