My role focuses on:Strategic Planning: Collaborating with fellow board members to create initiatives that support and elevate the AI community at Memorial University.Resource Development: Working to secure resources and professional opportunities that foster skill-building and research growth for graduate students.Community Engagement: Building partnerships across departments and industry to bridge the gap between academic research and real-world AI applications.Advocacy and Support: Addressing the needs and challenges of the graduate student AI community to ensure an inclusive, innovative, and supportive environment.
