ABOUT RONEY EAPEN

I am a current Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) administrator seeking to provide my value to your organization through my experience in leadership, program management, and clinical experience. Previously, I was a program/project manager for an EMR Vendor where I worked with primarily government clients. I have an extensive background in managing and delivering to contractual agreements. I have intimate knowledge of how to develop, and manage to governance documents such as Project Charter, Project Governance, Risk Management, Issue Management, Communication Management, and Policies and Procedures. I have experience working directly with Independent Verification and Validation vendors while managing and delivering to the contractual agreements. In the recent past, I have functioned in the role of Director of Support Center for an omni-channel service desk in the Managed Services division of a Healthcare IT company providing my expertise in leadership. My position included being responsible for profits and loss statements, customer satisfaction, service level delivery, and training for staff in the omni-channel service desk. For a short time, I functioned in the role of Interim Managing Director for Managed Services due to leadership absence. Currently, I am an Account Manager for several clients with desperate contractual obligations. I work with my counterparts in sales and delivery to ensure all my client needs are met while simultaneously meeting the contractual obligations. I am looking to advance my career in the field of healthcare technology while building on the foundation to becoming an executive administrator within the healthcare space.
