About Ronelle Stevens
With a passion for clinical pharmacy and informatics, I have worked at Mass General Brigham in a clinical, knowledge management and health IT capacity to implement and support MGB Digital Health eCare missions. Bringing over 20 years of well-rounded hospital experience, I and able to support and manage the needs of our electronic health record and the end-user experience through analysis and improvement of clinical and operational workflows, enhanced patient care quality through effective decision support and content curation, while striving to maintain safety and equity throughout healthcare delivery. Through clinical Informatics and decision support, I am able to deliver on institutional goals whereby healthcare quality, safety, regulatory and cost imperatives are vital to enterprise initiatives. My clinical and technical acumen, with ongoing certification in several Epic EHR applications (including, ASAP, Willow, Reporting and Clinical Decision Support) allows me to uphold the MGB Digital Health eCare guiding principle of coordinated and accessible care, reinforcing “One patient. One record. One team.” Digital Health eCare is supported by an IT infrastructure that:• Actively supports over 6,500 physicians and 9,100 nurses across the MGB enterprise• Connects the continuum of care from primary, specialty, and acute hospital care to rehabilitation, home care and telehealth• Engages patients in their own care through Patient Gateway/MyChart portal• Improves access to the knowledge and information that advances our research and teaching missions• Supports MGB ongoing clinical, financial, and regulatory analysis and reporting
