ABOUT RONEL FRANGESKOU

I am an EU (Cypriot) Citizen living and working in Northern Ireland for the past 10 years, with Settled Status. I am a detail orientated and analytical PMO specialist, Senior Portfolio, Programme and Project professional, with 20+ years’ experience. I have managed and successfully delivered large-scale strategic IT, Infrastructure, Software, Business and Organizational Change Projects and Programmes, within the Compliance, Regulatory and/or Discretional domains. Experienced across Financial, Insurance, Pensions, Energy, Telecommunication, Education, Government, Agriculture, Media and Broadcasting Industries. I have been in the consulting industry for many years and am very passionate, dedicated, detailed and thorough person. I would love to remain in the Management arena, as this is where my niche lies and I can be an asset to any company. I am a natural born strong leader, an excellent strategist, have the ability to work exceptionally well - both in a group and on my own. I am self motivated and self disciplined. I have a high standard of work ethics, am also very thorough and attentive to detail. I am confident by nature and always going the extra mile. I have an outgoing personality and I am a very goal driven and orientated person. I strive to build long lasting relationships with Clients and Resources and pride myself in maintaining these (beyond the Contracts). I am extremely proud of my achievements to date and know that I can make a difference. Specialties: Ability to jump into an existing area, get it under wraps in a short time and the ability to be involved in the nth degree detail, as well as elevate myself to formulate the bigger picture.
