Realizing millions in bottom line impact to the companies he has served, he is an expert at spearheading large complex projects across global multi-national organizations. Market movement, new technology, people’s skills, high costs, profitability goals, these are just some of the reasons that projects are required to move strategy and business decisions across an organization. Ron is experienced in every aspect of assessing, gaining executive sponsorship/selling, defining the effort, resourcing/executing and transitioning to ongoing process. Ron has worked worked with leadership to review business profitability, market conditions, etc, and align strategy to drive revenue, increase market share and improve efficiency. He has successfully driven all manner of programs through implementation. Very large multi-national technology programs of implementation/replacement,$100M+ process and change management efforts and most recently the implementation of Pragmatic Marketing’s Product Management framework across a Global organization from the CEO to product managers and technology developers. Ron has experience across multiple organizations and frameworks. Using PMBOK and Agile tools and techniques he has managed 100+ projects within technology organizations, lines of business, support organizations, etc. He has managed technology and infrastructure installations, replacements and upgrades. Change management efforts requiring assessment, strategic alignment, people and process change. He most recently sold and drove an organizational change from waterfall based delivery to Agile tools and processes.
