Responsible for Managing the Portfolio Administration Team who works with a team of Development Risk Managers to manage the oversight of the construction, lease up, and stabilization of Affordable Housing for low income families and older adults properties that qualify for IRS Code Section 42 low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC).Responsibilities include but not limited to:Review and approve equity funding draw requests as outlined in our Partnership Agreements.Perform Asset Management related duties for the Pre-stabilized Portfolio such as GP replacements, property management changes, partnership agreement amendments. Coordinate efforts with accounting to confirm any changes to transactions that fall behind projections.Monitor Pre-stabilized watch list assets and provide quarterly updates to Senior Management.Maintain monthly and quarterly Pre-stabilized reporting for 140 to 170 deals on average.
