I have about 25 years of experience in the retail industry through various positions between Store Operations, Marketing and Human Resources. My skills are focused on project management, execution excellence, visual merchandising, customer service, and leadership with a focus on leading remote teams. I have acheived a Bachelor of Science focused in Organizational Dynamics and a Bachelor of Arts focused in Human Performance Management both from Immaculata University. I also have a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Management. The degrees make me look good but my experience is what makes me the strong leader I am! I love people, and dogs, and love to see people succeed. If I had a chance to redo life I would probably focus on something related to nueroscience or a dog daycare. I find people to be the most intriguing and complex part of our world and think it is critical that we all stay curious about each other.
