Professional Experience:Returned to full time employment with Shared Services at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) in their Minneapolis office as BizOps Assistant Controller working primarily with nonprofit clients, onboarding new clients, training new hires in procedures and services provided by Shared Services Center, and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements in Center operations. Moved to Atlanta office in 2021: working directly with nonprofit clients. During six years of retirement, provided accounting services (including Form 990 preparation) for HG & K, Ltd. clients, including small business and arts-related nonprofits, especially in the use of QuickBooks Online. Also provided tax-related support as needed. VP Finance at property management company that manages townhome and condominium homeowner associations: responsible for monthly financials for over 200 homeowner associations as well as financial management of three sister companies that offer overall services including traditional property management services, website services and general maintenance services.Taught accounting at college level for 15 years, establishing viable accounting programs at 2 different private colleges in Kansas and Indiana.
