ABOUT RONALD BOTOFF

Ron Botoff is a Principal Consultant of Botoff Consulting. He joined the firm in 2019, bringing extensive experience in strategy, investor relations, and government affairs. He was named twice to Institutional Investor’s \"All-America Executive Team” (2017, 2019), and Ron has more than two decades of professional experience, shaping and guiding corporate strategy as a go-to resource and advisor at the C-Suite, Board, and institutional investor level. Botoff Consulting was founded in 2014 to better serve the needs of family and private enterprise clients, across industries and around the globe. We focus on providing bespoke compensation consulting solutions - Compensation strategy, benchmarking, annual, and long-term incentive plan design.
