My 40 years of \"Real World\" business management experience has given me a unique point of view that has allowed me to create an environment of leadership development in all the positions I have held. My belief is that, having been trained by other leaders, it is my duty as a leader to develop other leaders to take my place. My greatest strength is to not only coordinate the efforts of others to achieve the goals of the companies I\'ve worked for but, to make sure a legacy of success is passed on. I have personally trained and developed 4 successfull outside sales people, 7 branch managers. Continuing in my current position to do the same. I have started several branch locations from scratch in the welding supply and industrial gas distribution industry, that are all viable business units today delivering healthy returns to their owners.
