In my capacity, I command the administration, operation, compliance, and system security of BenefitHub, with vital duties in the identification of business needs, solutions design and implementation, and execution of network configuration and information security programs. I also foster collaborative relations with business teams to streamline communications regarding network and information security initiatives. In line with that, I maximize my involvement in project planning, resource management (e.g, budget and people), and other project-related activities. l also periodically report (e.g, monthly) to executives to discuss current spending and convey emerging technologies to optimize overall performance.Moreover, I increase collaboration with departmental managers to identify network maintenance and growth needs and strategize innovative solutions. I also regularly monitor ever-changing network technology and communicate updates to the executive team. Besides that, I superintend system and network security design and implementation and mobilize the information security program. I also ensure business continuity during instances of crises and events through the development of an effective disaster response plan. Other Key Highlights:• Secured a HiTrust certification and was the designated data protection officer for all GDPR inquiries and requests. • Overhauled the Azure environment through the removal of unused assets and rightsizing the remaining environment, minimizing monthly spending by 20% while maintaining 99.96% site availability; conceptualized and launched an anti-phishing campaign, which significantly boosted employee awareness and brought down employee click rates from 47% to 6%.
