Other Key Highlights:• Secured a HiTrust certification and was the designated data protection officer for all GDPR inquiries and requests. • Overhauled the Azure environment through the removal of unused assets and rightsizing the remaining environment, minimizing monthly spending by 20% while maintaining 99.96% site availability; conceptualized and launched an anti-phishing campaign, which significantly boosted employee awareness and brought down employee click rates from 47% to 6%.
