Responsible for leading the team performing cross-functional cybersecurity due diligence activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and/or joint ventures. This includes leading the team that executes PepsiCo\'s program acorss multiple countries as well as defining the overall program strategy, initial assessments, risk contract language, cyber security, annual reviews, etc.
