As the Operations Manager for Heyday Athletic I\'m responsible for making sure everyleague has proper equipment at every facility and each Heyday player gets a jersey. Idesignate each team’s shirt colors, fulfill shirt upgrade requests (individual players/entireteam upgrade), then package and deliver shirts, equipment, and medical supplies to eachlocation at the start of every league in the Philadelphia and Philadelphia Suburb regions ofHeyday Athletic. I log all the jersey upgrades in our drive to track trends and each personis charged for the upgraded jersey. I am also involved in constant maintenance of thevenues we use, such as lining, dragging, and raking, mowing the fields, repairing/replacingequipment. I am responsible for the set-up and tear down at all Heyday Tournaments andSpecialty events, as well as working the events as on-site office staff. I am alsoresponsible for keeping the jersey/equipment inventory up to date and re-stocking withthird part suppliers.Events/Tournaments Include: Shore Softball Classic, the Sea Goal Cup Floor Hockey Tournament, West Chester Fall Softball Classic, Kris Kringle Bar Crawl, Heyday Phillies Tailgates
