Guiding and supporting employers and apprentices through their Level 3 Management and Level 2 Team Leading qualifications, ensuring they meet the ICQ standards for each program. Working with learners to develop skills in leadership, team management, and personal development, helping them apply these skills effectively within their workplaces.Key Responsibilities:Delivering Engaging Instruction: Teaching core concepts and practical skills related to management and team leadership, using a blend of classroom sessions, one-on-one guidance, and online learning resources.Supporting Learner Development: Conducting regular progress reviews and providing tailored feedback, enabling apprentices to meet required competencies and grow professionally.Assessing Competence: Conducting holistic workplace assessments to evaluate each apprentice\'s performance against the ICQ standards, ensuring they demonstrate competence in areas like performance management, communication, and organisational planning.Quality Assurance Compliance: Working in alignment with internal and external quality assurance processes to ensure assessment consistency, accuracy, and fairness.Building Professional Skills: Assisting learners with goal-setting, self-assessment, and continuous improvement techniques, helping them build confidence and adapt to changing roles within their organisations.In this role, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes apprentices’ success, ensuring they acquire the knowledge and practical experience needed to excel in their careers.
