I hold over a decade of Program and Project Management experience with Microsoft and VMware across Asia and Europe, including five years of leading teams and extensive customer engagement across several roles. In my most recent role at VMware, I led the creation of a new customer success focused team to support enterprise accounts with license consumption and complex Software Asset Management to drive deal design, SaaS adoption, contract renewals and account growth. Prior to joining VMware, I worked across multiple organisations, teams and geographies within Microsoft’s ecosystem, including leading the creation of a Business Operations team across six South East Asian markets for the Consumer and Device Services organisation. I enjoy understanding the end-to-end business and driving the collaboration and connections which are fundamental in achieving business goals and driving successful customer relationships. I am specialised in customer orientated process design, troubleshooting process issues, reducing friction between stakeholders and bringing structure to ambiguity.
