   Hired to create and build new OD function to deliver results in the areas of training and development, executive/leadership coaching, staff engagement and satisfaction, onboarding and leadership training, performance management, organizational development solutions, and internal communication. Designed and delivered Leadership Foundations, a year-long leadership development curriculum for the entire management group of the organization. Developed and execute the employee engagement program, centered around the annual engagement survey and three levels of action planning based on results: organization-wide, team-based, and individual leader development plans. Co-Chair of the IDEA Council (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Anti-racism) and playing a central role in our emerging IDEA initiative to strengthen our culture. Provide executive coaching for all onboarding managers, new hire or promoted; provide executive coaching for all qualified leaders going through major transitions or leading significant change initiatives. Creating Leadership Foundations for all managers, New Manager Onboarding program, Aspiring Leaders Cohort program, and other career and professional development offerings.
