Respond to Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and other solicitation documents for healthcare clients throughout the United States.• Write proposals for temporary nursing, allied health, locum tenens, non-clinical, per diem, workforce AI solutions, temporary-to-hire, and permanent staffing services.• Conduct kick-off calls and status check meetings with Sales Team Members, Sales Leadership, Subject Matter Experts, and Executive Leadership in order to maintain open and effective communication.• Work with other Proposal Writers on various projects, including editing their work.• Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and high volumes of workload.• Experience in proposal writing for private and public sector clients, including state, local, and educational clients.• Simplify technical details when developing manuals, sales materials, and project proposals to make them accessible and clear for multiple audiences.• Provide well-crafted content to the company’s databases to support future RFPs and vendor applications.• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (such as the Data and Reporting Teams, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to provide accurate statistics and to translate technical data and information into clear, written content for clients or prospective audiences.• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape by efficiently applying tailored brand messaging for Aya and its subsidiary companies.• Utilize the responsibility matrix approach to plan the proposal development process, ensuring adherence to deadlines and timely completion.• Lead post-submission lessons learned and debrief meetings to retain effective processes and implement improvements for areas needing enhancement.• Software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat Pro, Paint, Webex, Microsoft Teams, RocketDocs, SharePoint, Google Docs, ChatGPT, Monday.com, Responsive (RFPIO), Copilot.
