In July 2025, Ronald was appointed Squadron Commander for the Niagara Frontier Senior Squadron. This role represents the culmination of a progressive leadership journey within the United States Air Force Auxiliary. Starting as a Senior Member, he advanced through the officer grades to First Lieutenant by completing Professional Development Levels I and II. He now leads a specialized unit of 23 senior members, whose diverse professional backgrounds include active and retired military aviators as well as civilian experts. Under his command, the squadron functions as the leadership and administrative hub for the Western New York Group’s aircrews. He is directly responsible for member mentorship, readiness, and professional development, ensuring his personnel are prepared to execute critical flight operations, aerospace education, and emergency services missions at the direction of the Group.
