One of my proudest moments was during my time as President & CEO at Powerwave Technologies. Together with my team, we transformed our approach to telecommunications, resulting in revenue exceeding $890 million. It was exhilarating to see our collective efforts pay off and enhance how businesses communicate globally. Currently serving as Vice Chair for Precision Aerospace & Defense Group, I have mentored our executive leaders.
