ABOUT RONALD SELLON

Accomplished public safety leader with three decades of progressive law enforcement experience, including more than a decade as Chief of Police for the Mansfield (MA) Police Department. U.S. military veteran, licensed attorney (Massachusetts and Federal courts), and graduate of the FBI National Academy (Session 245), Police Executive Research Forum’s Senior Management Institute for Police (Session 65). I hold a Master’s in Criminal Justice Administration, and Law Degree.Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside dedicated teams to evolve our department from a traditional enforcement focus to a more proactive, community-oriented approach built on engagement, prevention, and collaboration. I’m grateful for the opportunities to mentor officers, develop meaningful programs, and contribute to measurable improvements in public safety and trust.
