I am a commercial litigator, focusing my practice on commercial, banking, securities, real estate, consumer finance litigation, and employment litigation. I represent clients at the trial and appellate levels in both federal and state court, as well as in arbitration forums, including FINRA and the I also advise clients on regulatory issues related to consumer financial services, and defend clients against claims arising under federal lending and banking regulations, state unfair and deceptive acts (UDAP) statutes, and other consumer lending and protection statutes and regulations. I have also successfully represented employers in disputes, including class actions, involving claims arising from laws enforced by EEOC, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Florida Minimum Wage Act, and the Florida Labor Pool Act.I am admitted to practice law in Colorado and Florida.
