Responsible for the complete life cycle of Technologies and the teams to provide them; Product Management, NPI, Engineering, through customer facing interaction of the complete portfolio of products. Responsible for the start-to-finish design and delivery of innovative products for the Company’s integrated AMI product portfolio (hardware, software, firmware), plus auxiliary products (e.g, network equipment, analytics, load management, data management). The position leads the Technologies organization (Company team and subcontractors) to design creative, reliable, market-leading, cutting-edge products which are easily produced via low-cost assembly processes. The priorities for this position include product management, product design development, metrology certification, product support and problem resolution. The position is responsible for the execution of product design to meet company objectives, partners with global technology platform teams, and planning processes and controls to ensure compliance with quality standards and product requirements. • Lead an integrated product portfolio team that includes product development to identify, evaluate and prioritize new products. Ensures the development of ideas for new products or product enhancements and drives the creation and improvement of products. • Enable the development of procedures and methods to ensure metrology certification requirements are met and maintained • Drive organizational competencies to ensure current and accurate product development costs and forecasting • Manage large Technologies budget, driving process improvements to bring development projects in on-time and on-budget • Lead the Technologies leadership team, coaching, allocating resources, evaluating performance and developing a successor pipeline
