As a Doctoral Candidate in Strategic Leadership with a strong emphasis on General Business and Executive Leadership, I bring a forward-thinking, results-driven approach to organizational development, HR strategy, and financial management. My academic background is complemented by practical expertise gained through leadership roles in the U.S. Army and private sector, where I honed skills in acquisition management, budget formulation and execution, and high-level human capital planning. I hold a Juris Master from Liberty University’s American Legal Studies program and have completed the Social and Behavioral Research training through the CITI Program—further reinforcing my ability to apply ethical, data-informed decision-making in complex organizational environments. In addition to my leadership and operational background, I am an experienced educator, having taught business, finance, history, and social studies. This teaching experience has strengthened my ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, foster critical thinking, and engage diverse learners effectively. My experience spans recruiting, workforce development, and contract oversight, with a consistent focus on aligning talent and resources with strategic objectives.
