As an alumni of Oklahoma State University, I launched my career in the construction industry with a strong foundation in field management with Crossland Construction. Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked my way from a Project Engineer to Senior Project Manager, gaining hands-on experience in general contracting, construction management, and design-build delivery across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.Today, I serve as a Senior Project Manager at Integrity Built, where I lead projects with a focus on prefabricated and efficient construction solutions while also managing trade coordination, scheduling, cost control, and team leadership.What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the gap between design and execution, ensuring that constructability, value engineering, and field realities are aligned from day one.
