ABOUT RONALD ROBBINS

Ron has a keen ability to understand systems from a dynamic multiple level perspective. He is the “Rosetta Stone” of business system utilization. He recognizes that very often businesses put systems in place without full implementation including putting workflow processes in place to use the system at its maximum functionality. This leads to data inconsistencies that affect the ultimate output needed for executive level management to make sound business decisions. Thus, negating the purpose for implementing the system to begin with. His career, spanning over 2 decades of working in corporate environments, has allowed him to hone his diverse skillset and created a unique level of understanding. Starting with a passion for how things work Ron pursued a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology which led him to the hi-tech world of Semiconductor manufacturing. There he was able to pursue many different avenues, from actual cleanroom manufacturing & testing of semiconductor equipment to developing a software system to enhance Applied Materials’ manufacturing and improve quality. While working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Ron was an integral part of the EVMS team as a Senior Schedule Analyst overseeing the construction of Alaska’s Missile Defense System. This intense, and yet invaluable, experience added a new dimension to his unique skillset. He carried this knowledge base with him to the oil & gas industry where he was part of the transition of the Project Controls Group of ConocoPhillips. There Ron continued to add to his diverse skill set acting in the capacity of Primavera P6 Administrator, ERP System Integration SME and Schedule Risk Analyst.Moving from Projects to Operations & Maintenance within oil & gas industry gave Ron another perspective of systems and data. Bringing all of this knowledge and skillset together he helped Integrated Operations develop the Integrated Planning System in a Big Data Environment. Taking large sets of disparate system data and turning it into useful information that Executive Management used to make critical decisions, giving everyday users the tools they needed to do their jobs effectively & efficiently. With the corporate accumulation of diversified experience and knowledge Ron has begun a new chapter through Inductive Services. Teaming with Executive Management and taking the lead in maximizing system utilization his goal is to reach the highest output and successful growth for each of those businesses Inductive is partnering with. His latest study is blockchain technology, and digital ledger systems.
