I’m a U.S. Marine Corps veteran turned accounting leader, with 10+ years of experience spanning Big Four public accounting, in-house controllership, and technical advisory. I specialize in helping high-growth companies—particularly in the technology and SaaS sectors—navigate complex financial reporting and transactional accounting.Currently an Associate Director at Riveron (formerly Effectus Group), I lead accounting advisory engagements focused on IPO/SPAC readiness, ASC 606, ASC 842, stock-based compensation, and debt/equity classification. I’ve supported numerous clients through pre-IPO transformations, SEC filing prep, and audit readiness, serving as the technical bridge between controllers, auditors, and legal advisors.Before Riveron, I worked at BDO in the IPO & SPAC advisory practice, preparing revenue memos, lease analyses, S-1 support, and ASC 805 acquisition accounting. Earlier roles at Cosa Xentaur and EY honed my ability to improve operational accounting processes, implement ERP systems, and manage external audits.I began my career at KPMG and The Men’s Wearhouse, where I built my foundation in audit and fixed asset accounting.
