ABOUT RONALD R. DAVIS

I am a highly skilled, organized healthcare professional with over 7 years of health care experiences. I am familiarity with national standards for quality, safety and healthcare standards. My desire is to obtain a position within a company in which I can further my healthcare career and education while enhancing the lives, and health of others. I have a strong healthcare background as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a variety of hospital setting in which includes but not limited to trauma, emergency care, critical care units, surgery, NICU, and general medical units. I have a string visionary leadership style with the ability to inspire confidence in others and creatively solve problems, remove obstacles and achieve breakthrough results. I thrive in high-pressure, high-stress environments while maintaining composure and adhering to efficient, productive work processes. Exceptional organizational and time management skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively with professionals from a variety of diverse backgrounds. Excellent analytical and oral/written communication skills with a proven ability to excel in challenging and complex environments.
