Provide helpdesk and on-demand technical support to Hub users, including the FCDO, World Bank and UNICEF staff as well as officials from governments in low and middle income countries;Provide expert advice on key edtech topics, including to innovators who are testing education interventions that use technology; Provide policy, research and practitioner briefings, evidence summaries and Q&A documents that can inform Hub users\' decision-making. This entails writing topic briefs - one to five-page documents summarising the Hub’s current evidence-informed thinking and that give practical guidance on the do’s and don’ts for a particular topic;Assist Hub users by reviewing and providing feedback on their own edtech-related materials; this include for example: concept notes, project appraisals, business cases, terms of reference for technical assistance, operational manuals and implementation plans;Help Hub users identify other relevant sources of edtech-related information. This include developing curated lists of resources: bringing together key edtech information sources, with practical examples from low-and middle-income country contexts and potential solutions tailored to a specific context.
