About Ronald Jimenez

Started off as an assistant miller/Blender in 1998 for Capital Milling in Colton California. I started working for Conagra foods when they purchased the mill from Capitol Milling. In 2004, I was promoted to shift miller where I performed and ran the mill, gathered samples, balanced the mill. In 2007, I was promoted to Safety and Sanitation lead. In this position I taught many team member food safety and sanitation. I shaped the sanitation program by writing and teaching how to clean and inspect the various mechanical machinery in the mill. At the same time I Was in charge of the safety program. I taught and presented on the various EHS and OSHA topics for the month. Lead the Steering committee meetings, the be safe audits, and kept track of the various team members and there completion of safety topics for the month. In December of 2012, I was promoted to Food Safety Specialist of the west region for Conagra Mills. I was in charge of 6 mills on the west cost. In this role, I prepared the mills for 3rd party audits. Audited them for food safety risks. I traveled extensively in the role to the various Conagra mills across the United States to teach and inspect on food safety. I have strengths as well in bird control in which I have been published in Milling Journal Magazine.
