Led multiple cross-functional projects in the Facilities & Engineering Department, ranging from $40k to $16M.• Managed the $16M liquid media site expansion. Utilized all aspects of project management. Functioned as Automation Team Lead and Furniture Fixtures Equipment Lead. Developed qualification and validation schedule to certify to production cleanrooms to ISO 14644. Enable close relationship with supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials were available for new production start• Managed the site network transition that included 45 software applications and nearly 1k computers (desktops, laptops, tablets), printers, and other peripherals over a two-month period• Led the site’s U.S Dept of Health BARDA Security certification and U.S. Customs & Border Patrol C-TPAT validation. Identified nearly 40 gaps, developed key strategies to mitigate all gaps in a 4-month period, and reported to corporate security through Smartsheets
