Administrate and manage all accounting/real estate system applications. • Integrate new portfolios into the system applications. • Provide user training and support all users on the system applications. • Work with all departments to develop processes and procedures for the system applications. • Plan, test and coordinate system updates with 3rd party vendors. • Assist in the oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, analysis and reporting. • Prepare cash estimate, budgets, reforecasts to analyze the assets\' performances. • Communicate with acquisition team, asset management team, property management team and accounting team in the execution/implementation of the new acquisition/recap assets. • Prepare financial reports to assess the performance of assets. • Prepare investment update and cash-on-cash reports to investors. • Conduct capital tracker to track the progress and cost of capital/tenants\' improvement projects. • Prepare all loan abstracts and oversee lender-required reports. • Assist in due diligence for depositing portfolio\' assets. • Coordinate post-acquisition activities and transition of the new portfolios. • Assist in disposition process by coordinating delivery of Due Diligence materials and proration review. • Assist in preparing quarterly financial reporting to investors. • Coordinate all system and computer-related activities in organization. • Prepare monthly managerial reports and financial statements for client review. • Process monthly tenants\' billing and provide monthly statements. • Review capital and tenant improvement in job cost databases. • Prepare monthly mortgage wire and draw requests towards loan-funded properties. • Prepare property annual budget package for management review. • Perform any special accounting and financial analyzing projects.
