   Supports AVIAN\'s Program Management and Workforce Development Divisions- Provides T&E support to NAVAIR and NAVSEA for CVN 78 Post Delivery Test and Trials events to include testing of EMALS, AAG, and legacy NAVAIR Aviation Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) and Precision Approach Landing Systems (PALS)/ Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems- Develops courseware and instructs classes in support of NAVAIR University- Developed and taught a comprehensive course focusing on carrier suitability T&E and a NAVAIR indoctrination course for test pilot school graduates- Instructor for Project Management, Flight Test Basics, and Strategies for Effective T&E courses.Provides proposal support to AVIAN\'s business development team.
