Known as a results-driven logistics and supply chain executive, Ron has built a career through his military experiences and combined it with a track record of executive success with leading retailers, e-commerce companies and manufacturing plants, to strategically plan, execute & exceed ambitious customer expectations that resulted in rapid growth.As a senior supply chain executive for a number of high profile companies, Ron has demonstrated an aptitude to reduce operational costs, integrate distribution channels and facilities, shorten turn times, and boosted distribution/fulfillment/manufacturing productivity, capacity, and volume. He is a recognized leader in designing, building and implementing robotic solutions for distribution and manufacturing operations, WMS/TMS implementations, as well as facility design/redesign, expansion, and relocation.Too often, everyone sees the problem, but few can identify or implement a solution. Ron’s strategic vision makes him unique in isolating potential design and system flaws and then visualizing and executing proactive corrective actions to solve problems.
