   As a Senior Last Mile Execution Manager I direct dynamic team of drivers and streamline operations of 90 delivery partners across 36 stations, leading to efficient execution of routes weekly and timely supply of 4M packages per week. to ensure efficient transfer of customer orders in diverse locations, I develop high-performing Last Mile Execution team for innovative \'Rural and Super Rural\' delivery program, operating through a network of delivery partners across North America.Selected Accomplishments: Shortened supply times and revolutionized conveyance processes for drivers by implementing Nursery Route automation within the Rural and Super Rural network. Onboarded and launched 54 new delivery partners, achieving 142% year-over-year growth in 2022. Formulated and deployed robust framework/strategy for last-mile execution that increased 20% package distribution efficiency, maximized rate from 16.7 to 20.08 packages/hour, and attained approximately $18M in cost savings for year 2022.
