I advised over medical students and family medicine residents as the Director for the UC Davis Family Medicine Residency Network.I became a better teacher by returning to the classroom as a MBA student at UC Davis. In these times of uncertainty and upheavals in the workplace, people are seeking mentors to provide leadership skills. I have developed a program to guide individuals who want to build a stronger more meaningful legacy through the principles of good design. Starting with Dieter Rams\' 10 Principles of Good Design, I introduce the value of design into guiding one\'s thoughts, words, and deeds. We all leave legacies; I help people leave the one they want.
