Managed a team in a remote environment from March of 2020 to present day. • Responsible for all in-service assets up to the substation fence in the DLC service territory (Distribution Poles, Transmission towers, Transformers, Transmission/distribution lines, Reclosing devices). • Ensure regulatory compliance for Public Utilities Commission (PUC) required maintenance programs (Wood pole inspections, transformer inspections, OH circuit inspections, Transmission line inspections).• Evaluate and responsible for new equipment procurement, testing, training and installation. • Oversee a team that supports and oversees 20+ correcting and preventative maintenance FPN\'s that total $60 Million annually. • Create, fund and track Work orders related to outstanding maintenance issues. • Perform data analysis on asset performance/failure rates to identify areas of potential improvement. • Liaison between Field Operations personnel and back-office Engineering resources. • Represented and ensured DLC has appropriate inventory levels for long lead time/critical equipment. • Responsible for the preparation and project selection of DLC\'s Long Term Infrastructure Improvement Plan (LTIIP) 2 -$256 Million over a 6- year period. • Participated and testified in PUC formal hearings and customer complaint cases as a DLC SME.• Represent DLC in Energy Association of Pennsylvania EAP meetings
