Proficient at development and execution of global and domestic strategic initiatives to drive new product adoption and sales growth. As Chief Commercial Officer at GCA, I transformed the value proposition from a \"low-cost alternative\" to a premium brand that drives innovation. Commercial organization consist of complete direct sales organization in 10 countries and 70 distributors globally I launched six unique products and achieved budget for four consecutive years. I optimized the portfolio, reduced COGS, and increased profitability while maintaining high-quality products. During my tenure, GCA was one of the only EBITDA-positive companies within the breast implant space. Keller Medical, Inc. I transformed the company to become the standard of care within the industry. While the commercial benefits resulted in the acquisition by Allergan, the primary beneficiaries were the patients who experienced reduced complication rates. I managed 40 sales consultants while developing marketing strategies for future growth. As an original Sientra management team member, I helped achieve FDA approval that broke Allergan and Mentor\'s duopoly on the aesthetic device industry. Commercial benefit translated to an eventual IPO of shares purchased, raising more than $80.2 million in aggregate net proceeds. I am a proud member of the Board of Directors of BRAVE Coalition. BRAVE is a network of surgeons and industry leaders who guide breast cancer survivors through the complex world of breast reconstructive options and fearlessly advocate for access to their choice of care.
