Ron Burke represents victims of accidents and malpractice. He has achieved some of the highest multi-million dollar recoveries in NYS as recognized by the New York Law Journal. In April 2025 he obtained a verdict for a client who suffered a massive infection in his shoulder after a cortisone injection 3 days earlier.In October 2024. Ron Burke won a verdict for the family of a 49 year old home improvement contractor who was electrocuted in the attic of a residential home due to a dangerous condition.In June 2023, he won a 95% liability verdict against the driver of an SUV who struck a pedestrian in the crosswalk fracturing his skull and causing brain injuries. Following opening statements in the damages phase of the trial in Kings County he secured a settlement.In 2022 Ron secured two verdicts: one involved a labor law construction accident resulting in a pilon fracture tried in Nassau County; and, the second $5M verdict involved a brain infection in a medical-dental malpractice case tried in Kings County. In 2022, he also obtained a settlement of $2.5M for a child struck by a bus.In 2017 Ron Burke won an anesthesia malpractice verdict in New York in the amount of $5.7 million.
