A large portion of my role goes far beyond seating assignments and event information, it’s about making people feel welcomed, valued, and part of something special.From greeting Guests with hospitality to resolving concerns with care and professionalism, I strive to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Whether assisting a first-time visitor, a lifelong season ticket holder, or a family attending their first concert, my goal is to make their experience safe, seamless, and memorable.I have more than 40-years experience in Guest Services and entertainment. By combining my passion for customer service with my love for sports and entertainment, I’m proud to help bring the excitement of Rockets basketball and world-class events one Guest at a time.
