I am president of RLB Realty Group, Inc, established in 1990, a full-service real estate brokerage specializing in REO/foreclosure marketing, asset management and redevelopment. I have specialized in the REO field since 1986 and am considered an expert in the industry. My REO clients have included Freddie Mac/HomeSteps, Fannie Mae, CitiMortgage, Chase Bank, Keystone Asset Management and other financial institutions and asset management companies. Since my production has been recognized in the top 1% of all Chicago residential real estate licensees in sales production and have earned the “Top Producer” designation.I have been a licensed real estate broker since 1987 and have taught as an IL licensed real estate instructor. I have earned numerous real estate designations and certifications and was the developer of the initial REO certification course offered by the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc.(NAREB). I previously held a Nevada real estate broker’s license and was co-principal of Realty Pros, LLC of Las Vegas, NV, a full service real state brokerage specializing in REO/foreclosure marketing of corporate and bank owned real estate assets.I serve as a Past President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc.(NAREB) the nation’s oldest and largest minority real estate trade association. Members of the NAREB are called REALTISTS. I was installed as NAREB’s 23rd president in August, 2003 and completed my term in August, 2005.Specialties: I have specialized in the REO field since 1986 and am considered an expert in the industry. I have vast REO broker experience and have worked with numerous REO clients over my career and used all REO data base platforms.
