I have worked for the U.S. Air Force for 26 years in the Supply Chain and Human Relations Management field. For 8 of my last 10 years I have worked as the Logistics Global Enterprise Manager for the United States Air Force focused on solving transportation and supply chain concerns with multi-modal international shipments. For the last two years I have held the position of Human Relations Senior Manager developing, mentoring and leading over 1,400 military and civilian employees. I used my expertise and influence to develop a legacy of cooperation, leadership, inclusion and innovation. This legacy has enabled my success while strengthening my organization by exceeding the expectations of the customers we support. My greatest strength is my ability to communicate and empathize with customers, employees, and leadership creating a shared understanding of needs with a focus on establishing a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
