About Ronak Shah

Ronak currently serves as Assistant General Counsel for Privacy & Technology at Molson Coors, where he leads the development and implementation of the company\'s global privacy and data protection strategy. He oversees the legal aspects of Molson Coors\' cyber incident response program, guiding the company through security incidents and regulatory notification requirements. As co-chair of Molson Coors\' AI Steering Committee, he also spearheads the development of enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards. Appointed to the Illinois State Bar Association Standing Committee on Artificial Intelligence & the Practice of Law, and currently serve as Co-Chair of the AI, Data Privacy, and Cybersecurity Committee for the Chicago Bar Association. I am CIPM and CIPP/US certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and was selected as a Foundry Fellow by the Internet Law and Policy Foundry. I received my J.D. with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and am licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin.
