I have a work experience as Customer support associate in Technotask Business Solutions for the Ajio Process.~ From working in this field I have improved my English and Hindi communication skills alot.~I have also learned consumer behaviour and convincing the customers. I resolved the problems of the consumers.~As a fresher it was a nice experience working here.~I have done internship under a Chartered Accountant firm for about 6months where I learnt the use of Tally softwares and Advance MS. Excel for the accounts preparations and auditing of company reports.~I belong to a business class family so I also worked with my father in our grocery retail store since 9 years.~By this I got the knowledge of purchasing goods from the wholesaler and selling goods to the customer and convincing them with the good quality products and services like home delivery.~I also changed the pattern of our store from traditional way to modern way by developing my stores online website and catalogs of various items available in the store so that customers can place orders on their own from there place itself.
